Can I save public videos without logging in?
Yes. If the video plays in a private browser window without a login, it will save here.
Does video length matter?
Only for processing time. Longer videos are bigger files and take slightly longer.
Do page and group videos work?
Public ones, yes. Private groups and friends-only posts are restricted by Facebook and cannot be reached.
Will captions be included?
Burned-in captions yes. Facebook’s auto-generated subtitles are a separate player track and are not in the file.
Why would a link not work?
